Main duties and responsibilities
1. To organize employee selection process, including but not restricted to: job advertisement placement, interviewing etc.
2. To apply approapriate candidate assessment tools
3. To prepare and organize testing for initial candidate assessment
4. To organzie adaptation of new employees
5. To conduct exit interviews with leaving employees
6. To build strategic partnership with the stakeholders such as universities, recrutiment agencies and others
7. To support Employer Brand through recruiting activities

Selectin criteria
• Age: 28+
• Degree in HR, psychology, social sciences and/or pedagogy
• Min 2 years of direct experience in recruitment
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian; good command of English is an advantage
• Computer (MS Office)
