Main responsibilities:

  • preparation of draft contracts and amendments to them;
  • conducting approvals and negotiations with contractors;
  • assessment of contractual risks;
  • managing the cost and duration of the contract;
  • correspondence and reporting on contracts, systematization and archiving of contract documents.
  • entering contracts and additions to them into the ERP system;
  • control over the approval of the contract and its supplements
  • contract change management
  • processing and execution of requests received from contractors and divisions of the Company within the framework of their official duties;
  • maintaining a register of requests and tracking the status of their consideration;
  • development of standard forms of contracts, coordination of forms with services;

Requirements:

  • Higher education (economics/law)
  • Work experience of contract management for at least 2 years;
  • Advanced user of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Proficiency in Russian and English (not lower than Upper-Intermediate);
  • Knowledge of the basis of legislation in terms of contractual work.
