What are we looking for?

A Waiter/Waitress serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Customer Service experience in Hospitality sphere
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Ability to work under pressure
• Minimum one year work experience as a Waiter/Waitress
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
• Flexible to work on all shifts  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Team spirit
• A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable
• Excellent presentation skills
