Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Update social media content across all channels
- Engage with customers and followers
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Develop content or get it done by content developers
- Keep an eye on social media trends
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as a social media manager or a similar role (content creation management is a must);
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani,English & Russian (please note: copywriter is available) ;
- Craft engaging content;
- Organized and able to multitask;
