Requirements:
- Relevant work experience;
- A creative problem solver and analytical thinker;
- Technically savvy and able to pick up new tools quickly;
- Comfortable navigating various data sets in order to build segments and journey flows;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Intermediate level of knowledge of using Power BI;
Responsibilities:
- Developing projects and working with partners for the development of the loyalty program;
- Implementing Loyalty program projects with IT, ERP, E-commerce and other structures;
- To resolve technical inquiries related to the loyalty program or to cooperate with other structures for their resolution;
- Develop a technical solution to extend customer benefits;
- Preparing reports on the loyalty program;
- Prepare proposals for improving customer retention and other loyalty KPIs;
