Requirements:

• BS or Master Degree in Industry recognized engineering qualifications
• 10 years minimum experience working in engineering and construction within the oil and gas industry
• Experience in engineering and execution of large scale projects is required
• Experience within PMT/IPMT team preferred
• Proficient in English language

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring shutdowns turnaround are managed and delivered to project technical satisfaction. 
• Ensure the EPCM contractors are managed within the contract scope with respect to the engineering deliverables, construction, completion and commissioning activities.
• Coordination with construction teams ensuring regular communications are conducted with the team.
• The projects are being completed in accordance with project stipulated standards. All EPCM work scopes are being properly performed under the control, safety and quality standards and expectations set by the client.
• Have a working knowledge of ANSI, ASTM, API & ASME codes and practices, and NFPA. 
• Identifying areas of concern with respect to progress of the Project and recommending the corrective actions wherever required.
• Regularly review construction plans, philosophies, execution methods and schedules to identify areas of concern and provide effective Construction Management measures. 
• Provide client and Construction technical support throughout the duration of a project.
• Guide the EPCM Contractor in providing a discipline materials plan that supports planning and execution.
• Identifying areas of concern with respect to the engineering and progress of the Project and recommending corrective actions wherever required.
• Review and comment on the drawings, technical specifications, procedures and reports within the DCC system and those produced or revised at site to ensure compliance with the specifications, good engineering standards & practices and the contracts.
