Ericsson AB company for the position of Office / HR Administrator
 
• Providing medical, travel, car insurances for all staff, family members based on approval by head office (sourcing dept) & company GM as well,   checking up if they are properly reimbursed for medical services expenses in local med bodies based on submitted prescriptions and receipts upon contract between companies. Controlling whether any employee rights are carried out properly
• Arranging conferences/wrokshop enrollment and attendence for GM and other responsible mngt team or Customers (registration, visa issuance,       hotel/ticket, insurance etc) upon request
• Arranging tickets, LOI, hotels & transfer for all E//visitors for E//Corporate Rates and local employees leaving for trainings overseas  corresponding with TC and guest houses for E//corporate rates
• Maintenance the list of visitors on different projects for invoice payment depending on projects (made by company or to be paid by project visitor)
• Tracking all office needed requisitions (translation, advertisements, providing stationary stuff, office equipment`s maintenance)
• Following up the phone expenses based on monthly inserted list of phone expenses. Resporting GM w.t.r. once per quarter. Issuance phone expense  reports for visitors
• Responsible for office handset`s purchasing in accordance with approved Sourcing and GM rules/requisitions and hand over while quitting the company. Providing staff with phone conversation quarantee letter/roaming line etc.
• Responsible for all office correspondences (incoming/outgoing letters)
• Issue Letters for bank and other state bodies upon company/employee request and other letters
• Reporting on IT issues, tracking IT inventory, controlling acts of acceptances re company assets.
• Organising company events, team buildings, farewell parties for company staff
• Organizing and tracking 1) office employees Trainings and 2) Customers trainings abroad as per quarterly receipt trainings schedule for company  specialists and as per Customer request and also arranging them via E//training portal corresponding with Ericsson education centers abroad on all  training requests and other relative issues (LOI, payment problems, date shifts etc. Tracking Training schedule and providing Co mngt and Customer with updated training schedule
• Issuance all Purchase Orders on trainings, purchasing of any other commodities & services on EB
• Responsible for all personnel docs of the company, i.e. HR issues - employment contracts, orders on salary increase, promotion, employment/      resignation based on Labor Code of AR and considering HR rules of         E//globally, maintenance `s vacation/leave applications, travel requests         etc.
• Providing all expats, LTE and others with Work & Resident Permits, visa via State Migration Committee for expats, and via Embassies for local employees with visa for going to trainings, meetings, conference etc.
• Reporting head office/HR/Sourcing dept on staff changes, vacations, state holidays, days off, phone expenses, other expenses reports, if current         problems are to be solved in time etc.
• Informing all staff on holidays/ Dialogue / other important events or procedure to follow up in time. Maintenance meetings schedule
• Providing Labour inspection during the visit (once per year) with all requested HR documents according to local legislations and Labour Code of AR (contracts, labour book, orders, working time recording etc)
 
Salary is 800 AZN,
