    Baygroup was founded in 2001.
    At that time, the main activity area of the company was telecommunications industry, in particular 5 Baytelecom stores network management. Before the sale of the network in 2008, the company was an official dealer of mobile operator Azercell, the leader in number of subscribers.
       In 2006 Baygroup starts to cooperate with Turkish company Italsilver and opens 3 stores selling silver jewelry in Baku.
       In 2009 Baygroup signs an agreement with the Italian company "ABC ACCESSORIES BAGS & COSMETICS LTD" and in May 2010 opens the franchise SEGUE store in the "Park Bulvar" mall. Today there are bags, luggage and accessories of Segue, Sisley and United Colors of Benetton brands presented in the store.
       Since 2010 the company proceeds to a new level of development and signs the distribution agreement on 5 watch and jewelry brands of Fossil Group: Fossil, Emporio Armani, DKNY, Diesel, Adidas in Azerbaijan.
       In the period from 2011 to 2013 Baygroup becomes an official representative of watch and jewelry of Police, Skagen, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, two brands of Marlox Group: Esprit and Pierre Cardin brands and jewelry of Kenzo brand. A new agreement has been signed with Swiss company Charriol.
       Baygroup company is in a stable financial position and dynamically developing. All products purchased on a prepaid basis.
    Baygroup not burdened with debts and has no collateral.

        Strategy.

    The development of watch and jewelry business is the main activity area of the company. We offer advantageous conditions of co-operation and individual approach to each client. Baygroup aims to broaden distribution and its own sales network both in the capital and across the country. We cooperate with boutique DKNY, Diesel, Adidas, also own and partner network takes place. In every point of sale all the products of our brands presented in the full range.
