Chief Accountant (For new FinTech Project)

Key Accountabilities:

• Establish accurate accounting of the enterprise in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code and International Accounting Standards;
• Organization and control the company's finance activity (daily bank, payroll, accounts payable & accounts receivable, budget control, fixed assets register, general ledger entries, reconciliations)
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Tax Reports (including VAT, Profit tax report, Property tax, and Withholding Tax); 
• Preparation of all kinds of reports to the State Social Protection Fund and to the Statistics Committee;
• Control (monthly, quarterly, yearly) period-end closing process. 
• Implementing 1C 8.3 both for finance and tax accounting.
• Participate of preparation of financial reports (P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Educational Qualifications:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent education in business administration
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Finance or Accounting sphere, wherein a minimum of 2 years is in managing a team
• Must have experience in a banking or non-banking credit organization, wherein a minimum of 3 years.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of tax legislation, monitor changes and apply in a timely manner;
• Must have a high level of ability to work in Office programs, especially EXCELL.
• Must have knowledge and experience in International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Must be able to work in 1C 8.3 accounting software;
• Must be fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian and have Good Knowledge of English
• Must have management skills
