Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Relevant qualification;
• Experience and excellent skills to work with groups & individuals; ability to deliver a curriculum with involving the students (e.g. role-play);
• Interactive & highly-motivated for teaching;
• TOEFL/IELTS (7.0) certificate;
• International teaching certificates as TEFL/TESOL, CELTA is a big plus;
• At least 2 years of experience in English Language Teaching.

Skills Required:

• High level of presentation and communication skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
• Time management skills;
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in language teaching methodology;
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the team.

Job responsibilities:

• High energy level and ability to engage students;
• Making teaching plans for IELTS exam preparation;
• Active and ongoing classroom management;
• Classroom management and preparation of lessons to be taught to students;
• Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises;
• Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students;
• Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records;
• Respond to student related issues;
• Partner with our academic adviser staff to ensure the student needs are met.
