Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the UI/UX design team on in-app issues, such as navigation buttons, page routes, product page design, and more.
  • Write clear and concise content across multiple touch points (including product names, labels and navigational elements and notifications)
  • Shape the product experience through strategy, tone, and language
  • Shape user flows, interactions, messaging, and microcopy within product interfaces
  • Writing copy for new components and improving the copy anywhere it can be improved in our UI, working directly in Figma and other mockup tools.
  • Understand the end-to-end customer journey and the pain points within, and help support through the power of words
  • Define what experiences need to say and when; provide the right information, at the right time.

You'll be the best fit if you have/can:

  • Bachelor degree in Journalism, Linguistics or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • Excellent grammar skills in Azerbaijan, Russian and English (verbal and written)
  • Capable to use Figma
  • 2+ years experience working in copywriting, technical writing, writing (e.g. for marketing, advertising, e-commerce)
  • Passionate in writing and design
  • User centric, always curious and find out how to give the best user experience possible
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of “Tone of voice” Guidelines
