Requirements:

  • Education: High education 
  • Experience: A minimum 3 years Sales experience in FMCG is must
  • Language: Azerbaijani, English, Russian (all fluent)
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Excel-Excellent, PowerPoint- Excellent, SAP is preferred
  • Professional/Personal skills:
  • A good sense of responsibility and etiquette 
  • Excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy essential
  • Excellent organizational skills

Job Description:

  • Participate in implementing Trade Marketing Strategies, including promotional campaigns, promotion tracking, visibility, in store branding and other related functions. 
  • Managing trade contracting & compliance process, set-up full control on document flow with regular reporting on performance and budget control
  • Contributing to Trade Channels strategies by data analysis and sharing market insights, understanding market trends by segment, channel, competition and retail activities 
  • Builging good collaboration with local Sales Team to ensure execution excellence
  • Preparation of presentations and presentation it  in front of the mass
  • Travel to branches to make sure all plans are executed properly. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Keeping in touch with existing partner companies and be closely involved in resolving any issues that arise
  • Collection of data from relevant structures for inclusion in the campaign plan table and monitoring of the process during the period of activity, preparation, and submission of the report to the head.
  • Issued Budget and objectives of business plan, customers ' requirements, company's marketplace on commercial marketing in accordance with its position, objectives, opportunities and resources to evaluate the directions
  • To increase sales and revenue, prioritize them in order to  optimize costs.
  • Information on the objectives of establishment, features of the market, as well as value and to determine, develop and develop a commercial marketing strategy based on price growth factors to evaluate
  • Changes to market, objectives of commercial marketing plan and requirements of the organization determination of related product, distribution, prices.
  • Raising understanding of Trade Channels Strategy and ensuring high quality of alignment with Sales Manager in the market
