TOTEM Creative and Consulting is currently hiring Art Director to lead the Designers team.

Job Description
 
•         Responsible for the quality of the finished product
•         Meeting with the account management team to discuss the client's requirements;
•         Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the creative is aimed at;
•         Working closely with the creative staff to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client's brief;
•         Producing sketches or 'storyboards' to communicate ideas to the client;
•         Oversee the artistic design of advertisements and print materials, as well as the filming of television commercials
•         Approving photographers, artists or film-makers to work on projects;
•         Visiting and assessing locations for potential video shoots;
•         Attending meetings at production houses and with other directors; 

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in top advertising companies/(designers in mobile operators also welcomed)
• Excellent knowledge of marketing best practices and retail business
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into a visual language
• Outstanding skills in communication campaigns, branding, typography, web design
• Strong storyboard skills
 
Proposed salary: 2000-2200 AZN (net)
