Requirements:

- Female candidate
- At least 2-3 year of work experience in the office
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs;
- Ambitious, smiling, responsible, results-oriented, customer-oriented, patient;
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Inform customers about the products sold by the company;
- Generating sales appointment and query through telemarketing
- Social Media Knowledge of advertising tools and ability to place the right ads

Job responsibilities:

- Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers.
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Sending/answering emails
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Maintaining filing systems
- Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
- Updating and maintaining customer databases
- Work with social networks - Facebook, Instagram, official website of the company, etc.
- Responding to inquiries from social networks and directing to sales
- Submitting weekly and monthly reports on the work done to management.
- Controlling basic accounting functions such as petty cash, checking invoices etc.
- Participation in exhibitions and meetings
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers, gain new customers;

Working conditions:

- Salary 600-700 AZN
- Working hours 9.00 – 18.00.
- Six (6) days a week, 1 day off schedule
- Place of work: Baku, in the company office.
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
