Job responsibilities:

• Applying of HVAC industry standards and regulations.
• Research, design, fabricate, and install HVAC mechanical equipment.
• Work with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters.
• Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
• Design testing procedures and control equipment to accurately assess products and identify areas that require modification and further testing.
• Develop construction drawings utilizing AutoCAD MEP in 3D
• Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all customer objectives and provide support to all equipment and perform calculations and implement various plans for HVAC.
• Perform audit on all HVAC system and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all log books and manage all change processes and resolve all issues

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in HVAC area)
• Technical knowledge of HVAC Systems;
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Autocad);
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
• Knowledge of HVAC fundamentals (Cooling and Heating Loads, Duct and Pipe Design etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
• A problem-solving ability;
• Well organized with excellent time
