We are looking for an accounting specialist whose main responsibility will be assisting Chief Accountants and Finance Manager

Position: Accounting Specialist
Company: Sabah Residence MTK

Work location: BAKU
Salary: Based on the interview
Type of Assignment: Labor Contract
Work Schedule: 5 days a week based on 8 hours per day

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Execute full range of financial and cost accounting activities on a daily basis including but not limited to receivables, payables, invoicing, payments, bank transfers, documentation, etc
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings;
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable;
• Maintain, update and monitor inventory records
• Assist in computing taxes and preparing tax returns;
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary;
• Comply with financial policies, regulations and local legislation
• And/or any other tasks/ projects assigned by the Management.

Required Skills/Qaulifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and tax
• Strong knowledge of tax legislation
• MS Office, ERP (1C), Tax reporting tools knowledge
• Communication Skills
• Analytical thinking and Detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good team player
• Fluent written and oral Azerbaijani, good command of English is welcomed
