İşin təsviri

”RAMCO” QSC – in, başlıca məqsədi, ölkəmizdə və ölkə hüdudlarından kənarda, sənaye və mülki obyektlərin, müxtəlif təyinatlı yolların, tunellərin, hidrotexniki və meliorasiya qurğularının tikintisinin peşəkarcasına həyata keçirilməsidir. Şirkətin hədəfi, idarəetmədə aşağıdakı prinsipləri rəhbər tutaraq, daima təkmilləşmək və tikinti sektorunda Respublikamızın öndə gələn Şirkətlərindən birinə çevrilməkdir.

Vəzifə: Smetaçı-Mühəndis

Əsas vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

- Tikinti Quraşdırma İşlərinin Planına əsasən lazım olan material, maşın mexanizm və insan resurslarının hesablanması;
- Təyin edilmiş resurslara əsasən maya dəyərinin hesabatı;
- Yerinə yetirilmiş işlər üzrə material resurslarının texniki hesabatlarının tərtibi;
- Smeta sənədlərinə uyğun Forma-2 lərin hazırlanması;
- Həftəlik, aylıq və yekun hesabatların tərtibi;
- Layihələrdə iş həcmlərinin və materialların miqdarının hesablanması;
- Hazırlanmış smetaya uyğun olaraq texniki nəzarətin həyata keçirilməsi;
- Layihəyə dair aylıq texniki hesabatların hazırlanması.
- Əsas iş yeri ofisdə olmaqla vaxtaşırı tikinti sahəsinə səfər edəcək.

Namizədə dair tələblər:

- Inşaat/Tikinti sahəsi üzrə Ali təhsil;
- Yol, Mülki və Sənaye obyektlərinin tikintisi üzrə ən azı 3 il iş təcrübəsi;
- Smeta sahəsinə tam hakim olmalıdır və yaranacaq problemlərin həlli üçün öz təkliflərini irəli sürməlidir;
- Qüvvədə olan tikinti normativləri ilə tanışlıq;
- Dil bilikləri: İngilis və Rus dili- əla
- Microsoft Ofis proqramları, büdcə hesablaması üçün gərəkən proqramlardan biri, və AutoCAD-dan irəli səviyyədə istifadə bacarığı;
- Analitik düşünmə qabiliyyəti, ünsiyyətcil, komandada işləmə bacarığı;
- Müfaviq sahə üzrə hər hansı təlim keçmiş və sertifikata malik olan namizədlərə üstünlük veriləcək;
- Sürücülük vəsiqəsi: B və ya BC
- Yalnız kişi namizədlər üçün nəzərdə tutulmuşdur.

İş şərtləri:

- Bazar ertəsi – Cümə: 8:30 - 17:30, Şənbə: 10:00-16:00
- Əmək haqqı: (Əmək haqqının miqdarı namizədin malik olduğu bacarıq və biliklərə görə dəyişir)
- Korporativ nömrə, yanacaq şirkət tərəfindən təmin edilir

The primary purpose of “Ramco” CJSC is to professionally implement the construction of residential and industrial buildings, different types of roads, tunnels, hydro-technical and land reclamation facilities within the country and abroad. The major goal of the company is to gain sustained progress and become one of the leading companies in the construction sphere by setting the principles that mentioned below as its main targets of control: Application of modern safety standards, environmental protection, Application of the leading construction technologies of the world, Upgrading the knowledge of the technical staff all the time, Keeping control over the projects’ completion within given time, quality and budget

Position: Cost-Engineer

Key responsibilities:

- Calculation of required materials, machinery and human resources according to the Construction and Installation Plan;
- Cost statement based on designated resources;
- Preparation of technical reports of material resources on the work performed;
- Preparation of Form-2 in accordance with the estimate documents;
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and final reports;
- Calculation of work volumes and quantity of materials in projects;
- Implementation of technical control in accordance with the prepared estimate;
- Preparation of monthly technical reports on the project.
- The main place of work will be in the office and will periodically visit the construction site.

Requirements for the candidate:

- Higher education in the field of construction;
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction of road, civil and industrial facilities;
- Must have full control over the budget area and make proposals to solve the problems that will arise;
- Familiarity with current construction standards;
- Language skills: English and Russian
- Microsoft Office programs, one of the necessary programs for budget calculations, and advanced use of AutoCAD;
- Ability to think analytically, communicate, work in a team;
- Preference will be given to candidates with any training and certification in the relevant field;
- Driver's license: B or BC
- Designed for male candidates only.

Working conditions:

- Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 17:30, Saturday: 10.00 - 16.00
- Salary: (Salary varies depending on the skills and knowledge of the candidate)
