The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Customer Lifecycle Management Business expert for Agile team.
Responsibilities
• Manage campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle;
• Identify market trends and preparation of relevant product ideas;
• Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations;
• Preparation of project financial profitability calculation and application of indicators in business plan;
• Monitor & track campaigns performance to ensure campaign effectiveness
Background
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field is preferred;
• Similar experience in banking, telco, etc.
Specific job skills
• High level of Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint);
• Analytical mindset – strongly required;
• Communication and presentation skills;
• Abilities in planning, prioritizing and organizing work effectively within a team;
• Strong ownership to lead end-to-end project management;
• Agile methodology knowledge (is plus)/
