Founded in 2009, Capago International is the exclusive company for the management of Schengen visa applications on behalf of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in South Africa, Kuwait, Qatar, Malia, Burkina Faso and Azerbaijan from November 2017.
| OFFER DETAIL
The Visa Application Officer fulfils the mission of collecting clients’ documentation needed for the processing of visas. Depending on the department he has been assigned to, the VAC Officer will be required to:
 Receive and welcome all clients coming to CAPAGO offices;
 Collect and process clients documentation provided for the visa application;
 Collect the stipulated fees;
 Process all telephonic, online chat and email queries from clients;
 Capture data and process information pertaining to clients in the different regulatory tools provided.
The Visa Application Officer reports directly to the Management personnel in their respective center.
| REQUIRED DIPLOMAS
 Minimum : Baccalaureate, Matric or equivalent
| EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 Proof of at least 2 years of experience in a customer service position, office management position or administrative position.
| COMPETENCES REQUIRED
 Knowledge and proficiency in IT tools in particular the Microsoft Office package and Google Drive(Excel, Word, …)
 Good organizational capacities
 Ability to be methodological and rigorous
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to be flexible and adaptable
 Self-confidence and ability to resist stress
 Positive, team spirit
 Good command of English & Russian is required (French preferable)
