Learning & Development Specialist
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related talent field
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to perform Training Needs Analysis
• Experience in statistics for HR Learning reports and ability to ensure courses are within budget
• Experience in liaising with external course administrators, where applicable
• Ability to manage events for learning and development courses by booking rooms and overseeing applications and invitations
Answer any initial Learning and Development enquiries via email
• Strong initiative and a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational skills with experience in multi-tasking
• Demonstrable administration experience with the ability to manage large volume
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office packages
• Fluency in Russian language
• Fluency in English language is advantage
