Vacancy: Junior Accountant.
Work Location: Azerfloat OPJSC
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Prepare TAX & State Social Protection Fund reports and sending through ASAN ID confirmation online
• Report the work to the chief accountant with financial reports of the time;
• Assist in month end reporting procedures:
• Investigate and solve problems caused by reports of individuals and inform Senior Accountant
• Prepare AP, Bank and other ledgers as required by the company
• Assist to accounting team to perform month end close to ensure submission to corporate deadlines where applicable.
• Assist with general accounting activities for allocated entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel expenses, banking processes
• Ensure collection of the documentation for AP process as per the requirements of the company policies and country currency control regulations.
Required skills and work experience:
• University Degree in Economics or Finance;
• Work experience of minimum 1 year in related sphere
• Knowledge of Excel and 1C (8.3) accounting software
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
• Work on e-gov.az, e-taxes.gov.az
