Job Description:

World famous fast food chain, with over 5000 restaurants across the globe, which is operating 9 restaurants in Azerbaijan, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager, who would be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurants, including production site, logistics, and people management. Overall accountabilities are, but not limited to:

• Taking overall responsibility for the business performance of the restaurants, deliveries and call center
• Checking, balancing and managing stock levels and ordering supplies accordingly
• Managing staff, including all people related issues as and when necessary
• Ensuring all details are set and ran at the company’s set standards, including hygiene, image, health and safety, and most importantly the quality of food as well as a customer service
• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
• Assigning and training personnel and determining work schedules
• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
• Manage customer complaints
• Working as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, which may include occasional odd hours and/or remaining on-call for problem solving
• Cooperation with marketing department to increase sales and support marketing activity
• Cooperation with the HR department on staff level development.
• Communicating as / when necessary with International office

Essential requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing restaurant operations
• Upper intermediate level of English
• Willingness to work long hours as / when required
• Ability to supervise the work of others.
• Ability to instruct/coach subordinates in food service procedures
• Ability to interact well with customers requesting service
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to solve complex issues
• Excellent communication skills
