About the position:

If you have a passion for preschool education, excellent subject knowledge and a drive for inspiring young minds, we are looking for you. We are currently recruiting for a new Preschool Nursery English Teacher (3-4 ages group) to join our outstanding pedagogical team next 2019-20 academic year. For this position we are seeking dynamic, energetic and entrepreneurial educators who have a desire to work collaboratively with their local and foreign colleagues in an international environment, open for continuous learning and improvement in this field and promotes understanding and communication in a diverse learning and cultural environment.

Essential Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education; master’s degree is a plus;

• at least 3-5 years of Preschool Pedagogical experience in the required field;
• the ability to work with children of 3-4 age groups, and strong ability to work in team;
• excellent English speaking and writing skills;
• excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods;
• ability to act as mediator between children;
• balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen;

Duties:

• organizes and provides developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs; plans and implements curriculum and education for children;
• to identify creative abilities in children and develop them using various methods (songs, games, visual arts, etc.);
• plans and prepares classroom setting; oversees safety and educational programs; supervises children in the classroom;
• develop and produce visual aids and teaching resources encourage mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play;
• Interacts with parents and community groups;
