Virtual Game Operator

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting game sessions communicating with the players
2. Explain a safety rules
3. Tell about their in-game tasks and give players tips on the game
4. To help clients to put on and take off equipment (If necessary, tell them how to use)
5. Monitors compliance with safety regulations during the session
6. Always stay in touch with guests throughout the game session
7. Prepare the equipment for the next session: replace and charge the batteries, perform any hygiene procedures.
8. Emergency solutions to emergency situations
9. Control the game from the technical side
10. Preparation of the hall and equipment for the working day
11. Working with software: starts and sets up the servers / clients of the game and other software
12. Ask guests to take positions to calibrate their game characters
13. Controls the game process
14. Start the relevant program to ensure communication between gamers and the operator
15. Keep in touch and monitor player movement in the virtual world
16. Switches the levels during the game
17. Carry out the visual diagnostics to check for visual software/hardware problems.

Required skills/experience:

1. Energetic, friendly, good customer service and communication skills.
2. Must have experience managing virtual games
3. Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
4. Must be able to operate Windows 7
5. Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position.
6. Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian, intermediate in English
