Project Construction Manager
Requirements:
• Education degree in Construction or Engineering
• Proven working experience in project/construction management
• Excellen knowledge of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD programs, construction details, regulations and quality standards
• Fluent in English, Azeri, Russian both writing and verbal
Responsibilities:
• Project Manager is under Head of Projects command
• Project preparation and execution
• Control on delivery time of works done according to the approved plan (graphic)
• Forecasting of project works, forecasting control and making amendments
• Conception, object and main steps of the project is prepared and agreed by Head of department and Head of Projects
• Defines technical specifications of designed goods
• Prepares plan of movement of money flow of the project, expenses and income
• Conducts project documentations
• Attends in money costs management on the project according to the budget
• Provides execution of the project according to working plan
• Prepares and conducts project presentation
• Makes amendments and includes to the project
• Co-ordinates works of the project team members
• Controls quality of project works
• Makes amendments to graphic plan of the project, agrees amendments with Head of Projects
• Shows initiative to plan and conduct meetings during project period
• Compiles and agrees interim and final reports with Planning Engineer and Tender Engineer in the Commercial Department, submits interim and final reports to the leadership
Salary: 2000-2500 AZN Net
