MEP Engineer (Mechanical, electrical and plumbing)

We're currently looking for MEP consultant (Mechanical, electrical and plumbing) in Baku.

We are currently seeking an MEP Engineer to manage regionalization of standards, and engineering practices. The role requires a strength in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection coordination and design. This role requires a collaborative and decisive approach to task management and relies on effective communication and decision making. You will be working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors, sub-contractors, cost managers and other designers to make decisions about engineering standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent technical and communication skills, has worked with many building and system types, and searches for innovative ways to develop and deliver new engineering practices.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Provide task management for the MEP initiatives and standards for regional deployment.
- Interface directly with architectural and engineering consultants to identify key process.
- Incorporate understanding of local and national building codes into process and standards information
- Work with internal architects, designers and engineers to develop standards
- Manage and solve technical issues that come up across construction trades and across the project lifetime

Qualifications:

- Must have Bachelor's degree or higher in an MEP engineering discipline
- Experience in having direct responsibility for overseeing and coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing or life safety design, coordination and construction
- Experience managing teams and taking the lead on interfacing with multiple stakeholders
- Broad knowledge of mechanical / electrical / life safety engineering infrastructure and coordination strategy with focus on mechanical design
- High level of understanding of construction contracts and architectural agreements, specifications etc.
- Extensive Revit or Autocad / Modeling experience
- Fluency in Russian. English is desirable.
