We are now looking for PMC Urea Process Advisor for the Commissioning and Start-Up phase in our project in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The tasks are divided into an office and field work. In terms of office work, the tasks are for example to review and
comment the EPC Contractor plans, documentation and work/operation methods. In terms of field work, the tasks are for
example to monitor the quality of the works/operations, monitor the performance tests and compare the results with the
contractual specifications, maintain non-conformance logs and verify the corrections. The main target is to Commission
and Start-Up the plant safely on-time and with best possible performance.

The overall project scope in nutshell is to build carbamide (urea) plant close to Baku in Azerbaijan, capable of producing
liquid Ammonia (1,200 tons per day) and granulated carbamide (2000 tons per day). Neste Engineering Solutions
provides PMC services (Project Management Consultant), the other project stakeholders are SOCAR (Customer) and
Samsung Engineering (the EPC contractor).

We require M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree and minimum 10 years of similar experience of the industry. We appreciate Chemical-
Process Engineering background, experience of commissioning and start-up activities in large scale international
projects, effective English communication skills and earlier experience with Stamicarbon Urea technology.
Please note, this is a fixed term assignment that would take place approximately in Q4/2018 – Q1/2019 and the
assignment duration would be 1-2 months, based on the client needs.
