Job responsibilities:

  Provide guests with excellent knowledge of all spa and fitness services and retail products, ensuring the guest’s experience at the Spa is memorable from beginning to end.
  To ensure high standards of cleanliness within all areas of the spa operation by taking pride in your workplace.
  To report any maintenance or safety issues to the Spa Manager.
  To be fully aware of current and future services offered by the spa and to make suggestions for improvement, expansion or creation of new services.
  Follows Holiday Inn’s operating brand standards at all times in the Spa.
  To remain up to date with local and international trends in the spa industry through internet, magazines and other applicable media
  To have a thorough knowledge of all spa treatments, services, holistic therapies, fitness services and retail products available in the Spa and Fitness Department

Job reqruitments:

• Female candidates
• Fluent English and Russian
• Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
• Hotel experience is advantage
