Drilling Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities
• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate a turn-key drilling contract with the company Drilling Trust for a well to be drilled to the NKP formation in the Bahar gas field.
• Work constructively with DT technical, commercial and legal staff.
• Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
• Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
• Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
• Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
Review DT Drilling Program, including Rig Work Plan, Well Integrity Plan and Environmental Protection Plan, and negotiate improvements where justified based on discussions with BEOC management addressing issues related to technical matters, liabilities, cost and control.
Qualification
• Technical Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in drilling industry
• Minimum of 5 years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
• Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong contract modeling software skills
Contractual information
• Contract duration- 1-2 months (April-May, 2018)

• Work Schedule- 5/2 8 am- 5 pm
