International SOS, the world’s leading provider with over 20 years experience of Medical assistance, International healthcare, Security services and Outsourced customer care are seeking a candidate for the position of a First Aid Trainer.

Summary of position:

FA Trainer should work proactively to ensure continuity in the delivery of the training programs to the client and SOS staff whenever needed. Adhere to and be familiar with prescribed course content, training materials and equipment and develop new material as required. Maintain competence in medical knowledge and presentation skills. Develop and participate in internal SOS training for Physicians and Nurses. To ensure that SOS is represented in a professional manner and that this is respected in terms of conduct, appearance and service.

The successful candidate should have:

- University degree in Medicine;
- Minimum 1 year experience in the medical field;
- Effective language skills (English, Azeri & Russian);
- Good communication, organization, teaching and computer skills
- Professional  teamwork, high level of trust and integrity within team
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Excellent discipline, time / schedule keeping
- Readiness to develop professional skills.
