CLIENTS SERVICE MANAGER (TOURISM/TRAVEL)
Responsibilities:
• Processing incoming requests and all necessary outgoing calls according to script and algorithm of work
• Filling in СRM
• Selecting, booking and selling tours
• Preparing documents
Requirements:
• At least 2 years work experience in tourism, knowing basic travel directions
• To be interested in the work, especially, in the field of tourism
• Presentable appearance and accuracy
• Participation in promotional tours and personal travel experience will be a plus
• Computer skills. Ability to work with office equipment
• Self-starter and vigorous
