TLC Baku is seeking for qualified candidates who are interested in a position of Translator-Reviewer.

Job description:
 
•         Translation of various documents (ENG-AZ and vice versa)
•         Review of translated materials relating specific fields
•         Assist in the preparation and distribution of translated papers and documents
•         Finding out errors and editing them
•         Communicate in a timely manner within the team
•         Contribute to a climate of collaboration by offering meaningful critiques, suggestions, and encouragement
•         Edit and proofread text to accurately reflect language

Qualifications
 
•          Fluent in English
•          At least bachelor degree from Translation faculty (master degree will be a plus)
•          At least 2 years of experience as a professional translator
•          A demonstrated expertise in academic service-learning and community engagement
•          Excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy
•          Well organized, detail-oriented, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
•          Ability to work to deadlines
•          Quality Assurance knowledge, awareness and responsibility
•          Commitment to professional development and self-improvement
•          Ability of analyzing errors and finding out right variants
•          Decision-making ability with little supervision
•          Proficiency in using a variety of software applications
 
Salary: 350-400 AZN
