Training Supervisor

The responsibility of Training Supervisor includes conducting and supporting the Company’s learning and development strategy to engage, educate and excite all staff and administrative tasks related to Human Resources. 
Responsibilities

• Leading, developing and coaching Colleagues to realize both personal and organizational goals through passionate commitment to the strategy and key goals of Hotel.
• Handle the calendar and administration assistance for the Human Resources department
• Assisting in supporting the coordination of all training activities within the hotel.
• Updating training information in employee files, maintaining accurate records of activities and participant information.
• Compose correspondence for the HR Department, such as letters, contracts, etc.
• Coordinating, conducting, or facilitating in-house Audits to ensure standards are met.
• Providing a variety of training tools and resources to assist our Colleagues with career development plans.
• Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Supporting internal HR learning projects, tracking necessary action and updating reports as progress is made
• Assisting with and support colleague events as appropriate, such as leadership meetings, colleague receptions, and annual events
• Ability to focus and maintain attention to performance of tasks and to work and complete assignments on time despite frequent stressful, emergency, critical or unusual interruptions.
• Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word; must be able to verbally convey detailed instructions to employees or guests.
• Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
• Ability to train, motivate, evaluate, mentor and direct colleagues to meet desired ends.
• Ability to maintain excellent relations with colleagues and maintain colleague and guest confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in Training role, preferably in a hotel environment. 
• Confident & dynamic public speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Enthusiastic and positive personality with ability to build trusting relationships with others.
• Creative team player, possessing a high degree of professionalism, sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen, energy and determination.
• Proven organizational skills, works well on their own, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of; Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and other related computer applications 
• Must be bilingual in English and Azerbaijani.   Russian is an asset.
