Currently we are seeking a Plumber.
 
The duties will include:
 
• Organize plumbing repairs and maintenance operations within the specific area of expertise. General maintenance of buildings and grounds, completion of maintenance requests.
• Study,cheeking and confirming project drawings.
• Performs work requiring the specialized skills of plumbing, in addition to performing other general maintenance duties.
• Identify required tools and special Plumbing equipment to do the job.
• Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and controls, underground storm sanitary, water piping systems, motors, heat changers, pumps, water heaters, conditioners and pump rooms for the pools.
• Ensure all installation, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported and graded
• May work with hazardous materials and chemicals in the performance of duties.
• Uses tools, equipment, materials and chemicals safely and efficiently according to manufacturer’s instructions.
• Communicates status of job assignments and maintenance requests to supervisor
• Notifies supervisor as required upon completion of work assignment.
• Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times
• Complies with required safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• Strong mechanical background with minimum 2 years hands on experience in Plumbing maintenance.
• Fluent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian
• Computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD
• Good communication skills
• Well motivated, energetic, self starter
• Familiar with the Quality Control procedures
