The hotel is affiliated with the Autograph Collection, Marriott's brand featuring an exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts. Boulevard Hotel offers 818 comfortable rooms and it will be the largest conference hotel in Azerbaijan. It provides perfect accessibility to all major business and cultural sites of the city as well as the finest facilities that are designed to suit a wide variety of occasions and functions.

Baku Boulevard Hotel is managed by Absheron Hotel Group and is a part of Autograph Collection, Marriott’s brand featuring exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts. Absheron Hotel Group also manages Pik Palace and Park Chalet Hotels in Shahdag Mountain Resort, Shamakhi Palace Sharadil and Intourist Hotel Baku opening in 2015.

Main Duties:

The Supervisor’s responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

 Exceptional proficiency in all Spa & Fitness Club Attendant tasks.  Responsibilities which will include: answering phones, booking appointments, checking guests in and out of the facility and completing all shift reports and paperwork.
 Supervise the operation of the Spa & Fitness Club, including beauty treatments in accordance with the needs and demands of guests, management and the local market trends.
 Daily communication to all Spa & Fitness Club associates regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary.
 Provide supervision, direction, leadership and continuous training to the Spa team.
 Supporting Spa & Fitness Club Department in the daily operations of the department
 Check in guests at Spa & Fitness Club, entering appropriate information into and running necessary reports from computer system.
 Preparing requisitions as required
 Additional duties as required.

Skills

 At least 2 years of experience in Spa & Fitness Club.
 Proficient in English (verbal and written), Azerbaijani & Russian languages required
 Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
 An ability to smoothly navigate between engaging employees and handling complex administrative tasks
 Excellent organizational skills
 Spirit of leadership and team player with good interpersonal skill.
 Friendly, energetic, customer-driver and outgoing personality
