Position: Office-assistant (female) 

Responsibilities:

 Handling incoming/outgoing calls

 Verbal and written communication (in Az, Eng, Rus) with local and international partner companies, state bodies etc.

(official correspondence, inquires, applications, questionnaires etc.)

 Support to customer communication (e.g. meeting and visits arrangement)

 Support to sales and marketing activities (if needed)

 Assist in preparing power point presentations, reports and other docs

 Office administration

 Business trips arrangement

 Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying etc.

 Develop and maintain filling/archiving process (invoices, legal docs etc.)

Requirements:

 Higher education

 Strong communication skills

 Customer orientation

 Ability to prioritize responsibilities

 Ability to work under pressure and in flexible working hours

 Adaptation to change

 Good team player

 Accurate, attentive to details

 Fluent in spoken and written Azerbaijani and English and with an good command of written and spoken Russian

 Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.); Adobe Photoshop (preferable)

 Advanced internet and social media user
