Position: Office-assistant (female)
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming/outgoing calls
Verbal and written communication (in Az, Eng, Rus) with local and international partner companies, state bodies etc.
(official correspondence, inquires, applications, questionnaires etc.)
Support to customer communication (e.g. meeting and visits arrangement)
Support to sales and marketing activities (if needed)
Assist in preparing power point presentations, reports and other docs
Office administration
Business trips arrangement
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
Develop and maintain filling/archiving process (invoices, legal docs etc.)
Requirements:
Higher education
Strong communication skills
Customer orientation
Ability to prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work under pressure and in flexible working hours
Adaptation to change
Good team player
Accurate, attentive to details
Fluent in spoken and written Azerbaijani and English and with an good command of written and spoken Russian
Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.); Adobe Photoshop (preferable)
Advanced internet and social media user
