Job title: Regional Sales Manager (Georgia)

General Provisions

Successful candidate to the position of RSM will have at least 2 years of similar successful experience preferably in a multinational company preferably in household appliances industry. Excellent negotiation, communication, organization and analytical skills are required. Proactive, ability to work without direct daily supervision, result oriented. Higher education in economy or similar is expected.

Major tasks and responsibilities:

1. Responsible of achieving sales targets for his region and customers – volume, margin,  etc. as set up by the company.
2. Manages and develops distribution system in the assigned region, selects and attracts new wholesale customers and partners.
3. Holds trainings and seminars for  partners on company distribution policy and products in order to attract new partners.
4. Maintains customer relations and manages the sales process through negotiation of trade terms, assortment, and product trainings, price and discounts, company credit and supply chain policy, etc.
5. Controls the stock in outlets of customers in order to maintain necessary level of it.
6. Takes part in marketing activities of the Company for this designated customers.
7. Controls and executes documentation flow related to customer order and calculation of the final price taking into account current trade terms and discounts.
8. Controls customer payment discipline and makes corrective actions if needed.
9. Provides accurate forecast for his customers and supervises order execution from Company warehouse.
10. Makes trade visits to customer outlets in line with the plan.
11. Keeps CRM database for his customers and region including history of orders and trade terms.
12. Provides regular and accurate reporting as requested by management, including actual sales, order execution, etc.
13. Fulfills other tasks as instructed by his manager.
14. Local promo activity initiation, planning & execution control within existing guidelines & budget approved
15. Market intelligence collection, analysis & timely reporting to management
16. Customer’s performance measurement against KPI set (sales, margin, market share, sales forecast accuracy etc.)
17. Involved tightly into company resources efficient planning & utilization e.g. consultants/merchandisers, brand zones, POSM etc.

Salary: 2500-3000 AZN
