Leasing Administrator (Malls Group)

Key accountabilities:

• Process all Lease Agreements & Commercial Agreements and obtain manager's approval
• Ensuring the Management approved lease agreements are signed and stamped by tenants
• Ensuring all commercial and non-commercial terms on lease agreements are enforced. I.e. collection of insurance copies, trade licenses etc.
• Managing of the entire Lease Administration system set up by Malls Group Management.
• Confirm all move-ins and schedules appointments for completion of move-in paperwork
• Prepare and distribute amendments, renewal letters/leases, thank you letters and copies of signed leases, as directed
• Act as back up Leasing Consultant, when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
Required skills/experience:
• Previous experience in property management maintenance, hotel, HOA or other related industry
• Administration experience
• Sales experience
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong administrative and customer service background
• Numerical and organization skills, including time management is required
• Must be highly assertive and confident when addressing tenant concerns
• Strong communication skills are required, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment with strong follow-up skills is a necessity
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages
• Ability to work weekends
