JOB Announcement: Corporate Program Officer

Start date:  As soon as possible, preferably from 2nd of February 2015.

Position Summary:

Level Up looks for a well-rounded candidate to take a Corporate Program Officer position, reporting to the Head of Trainings and Innovations. The Corporate Program Officer is a full time position, who is responsible for business relationship management and fast-paced operations for the corporate training programs.  The Corporate Program Officer is also responsible for organizing and coordination of all training events, development of training curricula, helping organize and facilitate trainings on program-related activities in close conjunction with the business partners and stakeholders. This position requires strong presentation skills, creativity, initiative, ability to work under strict deadlines, willingness to work irregular hours when needed, and a serious can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing corporate training programs and activities in close conjunction with the trainers
• Work with the close relationship with the trainers and assist them to deliver successful training programs
• Ensuring that all required support is provided promptly, at scale and in line with the rules and principles of the business partners, clients and stakeholders
• Implement necessary processes to measure performance against key indicators and partners' satisfaction, monitoring levels and taking corrective action to ensure ongoing, measurable improvement of training services
• Develop and update the database of the trainers, the training programs and incumbent and potential business partners
• Liaise with the business partners and clients to provide them with a better understanding about the ongoing training programs and activities 
• Work with the Head of the Trainings and Innovations to proactively develop concept notes for new business projects
• Assisting the Head of Trainings and Innovations in business partnership development
• Deliver the presentations about the training services of the organization in the partner organizations and in the universities
• Recruit and register the trainees for various corporate training programs
• Frequently update the information abbot the  corporate training programs via using Internet and New Media  tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent teamwork and coordination skills
• Excellent knowledge in developing and organizing the corporate training programs
• Comfortable working in complex environment with multiple tasks and partners, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform
• Ambitious (possessing a desire to learn, improve and apply); sensitive and decisive
• Highly computer literate (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet search tools)
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, marketing, management; or equivalent knowledge/experience
• Appreciation of business sector issue with in-depth knowledge in communications, marketing and/or partnership building
• Experience building networks that lead to significant new opportunities for the organization
• Strong media and marketing networks, or ability to create/use them
• Native Azerbaijani; excellent English and good knowledge of Russian is an asset
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, particularly in English
• Preferable age range is 19-26

Salary:

The Employee will be provided with the Employment Contract and a monthly salary is 600 AZN (net), plus bonuses based on the performance and success. The Employee will undergo the three months of prohibition period. Phone allowances will be provided.
