Job title: Leading Specialist/ Business Planning and Budget Control Division/ Financial Control & Analysis (FC&A) Department
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Compile and submit monthly actual/plan reports to the HQ VTB Bank Russia;
• Participate in Bank’s yearly business planning process;
• Participate in Bank’s yearly budgeting process;
• Compile and submit forecasted BS and PL on a monthly basis;
• Complete thorough budget analysis and identify underutilized budgetary reserves;
• Participate in internal cost control procedure;
• Compile quarterly and annual presentations on the bank performance to the Supervisory Board;
• Compile and submit data for overhead allocation procedure based on the ABC costing system.
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance or Accounting;
• More than 2 years’ relevant experience in Banking;
• ACCA qualification (knowledge module) will be preferred;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced level);
• Superior analytical skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent communication skills in Russian and Azeri, both verbal and written, English will be plus;
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task;
