IT Lead Specialist of Technical Support Division

OJSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan)

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to users;
- Evaluating user needs and system functionality;
- Supporting and maintaining user desktop and laptop computers, performing data migrations, troubleshooting desktop issues;
- The resolution of incidents and assigned tasks;
- Interaction with users in the process of resolving incidents;
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of personal computers;
- Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision;
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the printing and copying equipment.
- Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;

Requirements:

- University degree in Information Technologies, Cybernetics, Applied Mathematics field;
- Required experience in customer support is not less than 2 year (in medium and large companies);
- The level of skills - experienced user (Windows, MS Office, etc.);
- Installation and configuration of Windows, Office programs;
- Knowledge of PC hardware experience replacement units and components, installing the drivers;
- Knowledge of the principles of basic network protocols;
- Ability to diagnose and fix problems with computer hardware and software.
- Ability to work in a team, good communication skills;
- Fluent in Russian and Azerbaijan, both written and verbal. English is technical language required
