Gosselin Azerbaijan is announcing a vacancy for the position of Office Assistant.

The purpose of this position is to plan and coordinate the work of the office units to ensure efficient operation of the company.

Main duties and responsibilities:

** answering incoming phone calls, providing the caller with relevant information and if required forwarding calls;
** sending, receiving, recording and forwarding fax, mail, electronic messages;
** meeting and forwarding of the guests;
** organizing meetings;
** managing correspondence (receiving, sending, accounting);
** managing procurement and distribution of stationary;
** other current issues.

Education and work experience requirements:

** Higher education;
** Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to a higher level;
** Russian and English language skills to a higher level;
** Organizational and communication skills, punctuality, high sense of responsibility;
** Individual and teamwork skills.

Salary: 700 AZN (Probationary period: 2 month).
