Position description:   Sales Representative

Candidate details:

Age:   25 – 35
Probation period: 3 months
Starting date:   Immediately, upon request

Main responsibilities:

•Researching the market and identify potential customers, provide market feedback to the Sales Manager regarding movement of goods / brands
•Presenting the product and the service in a structured professional way face to face
•Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by building strong and lasting relationships with clients, following up on orders, deliveries and collections
•Documenting sales success

Requirements:

Desired Skills and Experience

 • Previous experience in sales would be a big advantage
•Great interpersonal and communication skills, good presentation abilities, able to negotiate
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
• Able to work closely with sales team, however under minimum of supervision
• Keen interest and good understanding of building relationships with clients
• A well-developed eye for spotting business opportunities
• Required languages:  Azerbaijani, Russian

Salary:  500 – 700 AZN net per month (plus sales bonuses), negotiable depending on experience.
