Job Title: BTL Coordinator
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Principal accountabilities:
1. To coordinate and supervise, key assignments covering creative and analytical tasks of promotion .
2. To assist the Brand Executive in the management of his brand by:
Provision of input during BTL activity concept preparation
Selecting promo personnel
Daily and weekly meeting with promo personnel
Conducting training for promo staff
Consolidating reports received from Supervisors and submitting reports to Brand Executive (Daily, weekly, midterm and final)
Planned and on-spot checks/visits of promo staff
Dealing with contracts, PO preparation and working in SAP, obtaining management approval
Promo incentive warehouse control and promo merchandise reconciliation
Inventorying stock; Placing orders; Verifying receipt.
Maintaining BTL contact database
Collecting and sharing information on competitor’s ongoing BTL activities
Making call backs and proposing campaign adjustment if needed
Other brand related tasks
3. To continuously monitor and evaluate all brand communication materials so that they meet brand quality standards and are consistent with brand copy strategy.
4. Effective utilization of Brand spend
5. Ensure high level commitment to company policies and procedures
Knowledge, skills and experience:
1. University degree in Business or relative field will be considered as a benefit.
2. 1 year relevant working experience in FMCG company is desirable
3. Good level of English
4. Good computer knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word)
5. Good communication and influencing skills
6. Flexible and extrovert
7. Good resource management
8. Ability to make presentations
