Job description
Office management
• Receives telephone calls sorts and saves information, passes it to the responsible colleague
• Records and controls incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Manages administrative processes of the company, stores and controls all contracts
• Arranges meetings, appointments, travelling of other colleagues and guests of the company
• Organizes office processes. Purchases and receives stationary and other office equipment, stores and issues it.
Sales Management support
• Original correspondence with clients
• Preparation and control of contracts, inner documents
• Order delivery and other details control and information support to the direct sales person
Managing of purchases
• Managing clients orders, purchase scheduling
• Orders placing, controlling invoices and documents
• Logistics scheduling
• Coordinating the work of companies providing freight forwarding services
• Transport service orders placing, controlling of deadlines
• Preparation and control of necessary documents for customs clearance and accounting
• Interaction with customs
