Job Title: Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervision and monitoring over construction projects;
• Do construction related researches on pricing, materials, safety, quality, etc.;
• Prepare tender related project descriptions and scopes of work;
• Assist in preparation of project designs, concepts and architectural drawings;
• Undertake data gathering from relevant parties;
• Perform site visits to construction areas;
• Prepare project related presentations and reports;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in architecture, civil engineering or other related field, preferably with professional training;
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience;
• In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD is essential;
• Solid understanding and ability to interpret architectural drawings;
• Good command of English and Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
• Familiarity with Mac IOS (Keynote, Pages, Numbers) and MS Office;
