Role synopsis
Site based role probably working shift pattern. First Line Leader supporting maintenance activity. Supervising skilled BP or Contract trade technicians. Key responsibility maintaining plant.
Key accountabilities
•Responsible for delivering adherence to the planning portion of the maintenance work process and ensuring high quality data entry in key Maximo fields.
•Provide leadership encouraging adherence across the organization to the maintenance work process.
•Responsible for ensuring delivery of high quality, standardized and consistent, and optimized job plans and work packs that include man-hour estimates, proper crafts, tasks, materials, procedures, drawings, tools and applicable technical specifications.
•Drive consistency and share best practices using a well-established planner network.
•Ensure robust and appropriate maintenance plans are developed for all Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) and compliance with BP Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) standards and practices.
•Drive plant and equipment integrity assurance and equipment reliability through effectively planned preventive and predictive maintenance work.
•Responsible for delivering planning for major equipment overhauls.
•Responsible for an effect backlog management program.
•Responsible for an effecting Review required management program and Emergent Work management process. •Continually utilize KPIs to monitor the health of the maintenance planning process and drive continuous improvement.
•Coach and support the development of planners and Data Stewards
•Provide input to long-term and TAR plans as required.
•Support the Activity Planning work process.
Essential Education
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Essential experience and job requirements
•Extensive experience in operations or engineering of oil and gas production or processing facilities.
•Experience with delivery of maintenance planning.
•Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance and condition monitoring.
•Working knowledge of Maximo and the planning process.
•Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement new work processes.
•Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
•Strong teamwork skills and experience in working in multi-discipline teams.
•Excellent understanding of safety management in processing facility, with a demonstrated personal commitment to safety.
•Azerbaijani citizenship is required

Desirable criteria & qualifications
•Experience with maintenance strategy development and its implementation in an operating facility.
•Familiarity with Primavera.
