ACG (Azerbaijan Consulting Group) was established in 2011 to provide consultancy and advisory services to private companies in the Eurasian region. ACG has on staff great depth of highly regarded and experienced senior, western trained executives in each area of interest in oil & gas, petrochemicals, food and retail.

ACG is a commercial organization that provides services to private companies. Head office of the company is located in Baku. ACG’s market objectives and interests include support of small and medium businesses operating in CIS countries situated at the intersection of Europe and East Asia. ACG works with a diverse portfolio of banks, funds, investors and other financial institutions to raise capital for companies around CIS region that would like to support their expansion.

Job Description / Key Deliverables:

The successful candidate will work within the Business Development team mainly on ACG projects in petrochemicals area. Furthermore, the candidate is expected to assist with financing and development stages of several potential projects in food and fashion industries. Person at this position will have opportunities to work with globally famous brands and well-established international companies. Also, the candidate will deal with company’s management, project financing banks and related third parties.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections;
• Participating in the corporate valuation and acquisition projects;
• Preparing and delivering project-based presentations for client companies;
• Dealing with large commercial and investment banks within CIS region and outside of it;
• Developing financial models and feasibility studies for existing and potential future projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration (degree from a top university abroad is a big plus)
• Minimum 1 (one) year of relevant experience in a BIG4, Bank or Financial department of a large company
• Good understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques and financial analysis
• Knowledge of financial reporting, planning and budgeting
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken Azerbaijani & English is a must; fluent Russian is desirable.
