Title: Client Liaison Manager

Company: Carfax Education   

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Role:

Facilitate client development through marketing and business expansion. Administer sales and marketing processes, provide academic registrar services.
Responsibilities

Marketing and PR:

1. Organise events and other marketing activities as per marketing plan.
2. Build and support relationships with partners through joint activities.
3. Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ activities.
4. Administer the local design and production of Carfax marketing materials.
5. Promotion of Carfax services at networking events and trade exhibitions

Sales:

1. Design and introduce key Carfax products together with price policy, approved by line-manager to the Russian market
2. Develop and monitor administration of customer database.

Business Development:

1. Administer business expansion projects

Other:

1. Administer Carfax Web site design and maintenance.
2. Oversee Administration and Finance.

Registrar:

1. Management of timetabling systems
2. Liaising with clients concerning academic programmes, pupil progress and any issues
3. Sourcing and purchasing suitable teaching materials 
4. Promotion of Carfax services at networking events and trade exhibitions
5. Generic Office Manager duties, such as administering filing system, managing Office Director’s schedule, and other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Office Director.

Office Management:

1. Administer filing system
2. Managing Director’s schedule
3. Sourcing and purchasing office stuff
4. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Office Director.

Candidate specification: Strong leadership skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing programme.       

Must be a self-starter, highly organized, team-player. Fluent spoken and written English.
