Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing connections ;
Identify and coordinate all activities to generate leads;
Daily input on sales CRM;
Track performance of all sales activities;
Assist in the development of sales playbook;
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new B2B customers in Azerbaijan and potentially expand into other markets;
Reach the targeted KPIs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven past success in sales;
Familiarity with sales CRM tools (Pipedrive);
Previous experience in HR or understanding of HR processes will be an advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Goal-oriented and highly motivated
Ability to identify challenges that clients & prospects are facing;
